- Join Our WhatsApp Group
After confirming your order, we’ll create a WhatsApp group to discuss the design and any further details.
- Design Process Begins
We’ll start working on your design and share the first draft for your review.
- Print & Dispatch
Once the final design is approved, we’ll proceed with printing and dispatch your order.
• Pre-made designs are final and cannot be altered, including colors, layouts, or illustrations.
• Once final files are shared, no further edits will be made.
• Files will be shared in PDF or JPG format only; open/editable files will not be provided.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
• Each round of changes requires 2–3 working days, and any additional rounds beyond the three complimentary ones will incur extra charges.
• Only one song will be used per video. The selected song cannot be changed, and song mixing is not available.
• Please type and share the data directly so we can copy-paste it easily, this helps save time and avoid errors.
• We follow a standard size for the backgrounds and they cannot be resized.
• Clients are expected to respect the timelines; last-minute rushes are not acceptable, as they affect design flow and quality.
• Standard timeline: 15 days from receiving complete data, plus additional time for feedback and changes.
• Delays in providing content or approvals may lead to timeline extensions or slot cancellation, as we follow a structured production calendar.
