How to Order Your Pearl Letter Patches
1️⃣ Select Your Letter Variant
We have individual variants listed as A, B, C … Z.
Choose the first letter you want to order (example: A).
2️⃣ Choose the Quantity
Enter how many pieces of that letter you need.
For example: If you need 2 × A, set quantity to 2.
3️⃣ Click “Add to Cart”
After selecting the letter and quantity, click Add to Cart.
4️⃣ Want More Letters or Designs?
Repeat the same steps for each additional letter:

Select B → choose quantity → Add to Cart

Select C → choose quantity → Add to Cart
…and so on.
Each letter/design must be added separately to your cart.
• Pre-made designs are final and cannot be altered, including colors, layouts, or illustrations.
• Once final files are shared, no further edits will be made.
• Files will be shared in PDF or JPG format only; open/editable files will not be provided.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
• Each round of changes requires 2–3 working days, and any additional rounds beyond the three complimentary ones will incur extra charges.
• Only one song will be used per video. The selected song cannot be changed, and song mixing is not available.
• Please type and share the data directly so we can copy-paste it easily, this helps save time and avoid errors.
• We follow a standard size for the backgrounds and they cannot be resized.
• Clients are expected to respect the timelines; last-minute rushes are not acceptable, as they affect design flow and quality.
• Standard timeline: 15 days from receiving complete data, plus additional time for feedback and changes.
• Delays in providing content or approvals may lead to timeline extensions or slot cancellation, as we follow a structured production calendar.
