SHIPPING & ORDERS
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place your order directly through our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the order is confirmed, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
IS ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIRED?
Yes. An advance payment is required to confirm your order and begin the design process.
CAN I CUSTOMISE THE DESIGN?
Yes, customisation options are available depending on the design selected. The level of customisation may affect the final pricing and timeline.
ARE THE PRICES FIXED?
No. All prices shared are starting prices. The final cost may vary depending on customisation, quantity, materials, printing style, and additional design requirements.
WHAT DETAILS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE BEFORE DESIGNING STARTS?
Clients are requested to share all necessary content including names, dates, venue details, spellings, references, and design preferences before the process begins.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER THE DESIGN PROCESS STARTS?
Minor revisions may be possible. However, repeated or major changes after confirmation may be considered additional work and charged separately.
WILL I RECEIVE A DRAFT BEFORE PRINTING?
Yes. A final print draft will be shared for approval before printing begins. Clients are requested to carefully review all details before approving.
WILL PRINTED COLOURS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE DIGITAL PREVIEW?
Slight colour variations may occur between digital previews and printed outputs due to screen settings, paper type, ink, and printing methods.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
Our working hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Messages received outside working hours will be responded to on the next working day.
DO YOU WORK ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS?
No, we do not work on weekends or public holidays. Responses may be delayed during these periods.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?
Once the design process has started, refunds may not be possible in full. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the project.
WILL GST BE APPLICABLE?
Yes, GST will be applied.
DO YOU PROVIDE EDITABLE/SOURCE FILES?
No. Editable or source files will not be shared.
CAN I REQUEST CHANGES FOR E-INVITES AFTER CONFIRMATION?
Any changes requested after payment confirmation may be treated as additional work and charged separately.
WHEN WILL WORK BEGIN ON MY PROJECT?
Work will begin only after project confirmation and receipt of the payment.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return certain products upto 5 days from the date of delivery. You can send a request to bishsrish@gmail.com or call our number +91 84859 88626.The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
You can only return items that are damaged/defective. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
DO YOU ARRANGE REVERSE PICKUPS?
Reverse pickup is not available on any items, you will have to ship the item back to our address.
WHERE SHOULD I SEND THE RETURNED PRODUCT?
Please mail the item(s) to the address below. Do remember to mention your Order ID and Contact Number.

WHAT IF THE PARCEL IS RETURNED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY?
In any circumstance if your parcel gets returned back to us by the company, lets say because the customer’s phone was not reachable, you’ll have to pay the shipping amount again for us to reship it to you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REPLACEMENT?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received, subject to the following conditions:
1.The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
2.The package should have the original packaging.
They should be returned within 7 days from the dispatch date.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT?
You can only exchange your item if it is damaged/defective within 5 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We do not refund money even if the item(s) is damaged/defective. We only exchange the product.
