• Pre-made designs are final and cannot be altered, including colors, layouts, or illustrations.
• Once final files are shared, no further edits will be made.
• Files will be shared in PDF or JPG format only; open/editable files will not be provided.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
• Each round of changes requires 2–3 working days. Any additional rounds beyond the three complimentary ones will incur extra charges.
• Only one song will be used per video for invitations and Save the Date videos. The selected song cannot be changed, and song mixing is not available.
• Please type and share the data directly so we can copy-paste it easily. This helps save time and avoid errors.
• We follow a standard size for the backgrounds, and they cannot be resized.
• Clients are expected to respect the timelines. Last-minute rushes are not acceptable, as they affect the design flow and quality.
• Standard timeline for invitations: 10 working days from receiving complete data, plus additional time for feedback and changes.
• Standard timeline for stationery designs: 15 working days from receiving complete data, plus an additional 7–10 days for shipping and delivery.
• Delays in providing content or approvals may lead to timeline extensions or slot cancellation, as we follow a structured production calendar.
